The location of the hotel was very good. The room was big enough and very clean. The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. One complaint: Our room was next to the hotel's breakfast room. We were awakened early in the morning by the preparation for breakfast.. Not a great way to start the morning. Overall, its a pleasant stay but remember to ask not to stay next to the breakfast room.

Although a little tricky to find down a small alley, the hotel and staff were very nice. The daytime desk person was especially helpful.

The room was clean and had ample space. The shower was on the small side, but comparable to other hotels I used in Italy.

I would reccomend this hotel for anyone traveling on a budget and wanting to be close to the middle of Venice.

 

 

Very frendly reception on arrival, offered to carry our suitcases to our room ( no lift) could no do enough to advise and help during our stay. Luggage storage facility was appreciated. Rooms clean and functional, though lighting could have been brighter. Modern clean bathroom.
