Thais Jonni, 10/11/2007: Take bus from Vienna Schwechat airport to Westbahnhof (6EUR)- it takes you approx. 5-7 mins. by walking to the hotel. Lugner City- shopping mall- is situated right next to the hotel. Mariahilfe Strasse(major shoppingstreet) is right across from Westbahnhof. Ubahn station Burggasse/Stadthalle is situated 2 mins. from hotel. very easy to use and not expensive.
Wien is a wonderful city- not only because of its history and historic buildings, which are truly beautiful. But also for its inhabitants, which are in general kind and helpful and makes you feel welcome.

Atlantis hotel is located in an etnic quarter of the city- so you can choose from delish indian samosas, turkish kebabs or go for schnitzel in nearby restaurants. If you are into baklava-cakes- there is a shop right around the corner (do I have to say I LOVE baklava)...But do not forget that Austrian bread and cake-culture is BIG- and it tastes manifique...
I was given a room in the newly opened annex- fully refurbished room, lovely doublebed with down pillows and comforters- big bathroom (shower). There is a choice from 2 kinds of breakfasts at the hotel - in the annex building a small Vienese breakfast and in the mainbuilding the full breakfast. High quality, good stuff and wonderful staff to help you start up your day.
Receptionstaff nice and smiling and very helpful. The Atlantis has earned its 4 stars and i will look forward to visit again.
