This hotel is ideal for any type of traveller. Be it for leisure or business you are in easy reach of practically everything in Madrid. We have recently been advised this hotel has changed owners and is now closed until further notice. Our reservations department will contact you should you have any reservations that are affected.
Dennis, 17/07/2008: I left a bag with this hotel containing several gifts I had bought in Madrid. I was to pick it up a couple of weeks later. When I came back my bag was gone. No one "remembered" having received it and since no receipt or claim check was given to me I had no proof. I was out of luck. No apology, no effort to set things straight. This left a VERY BAD taste in my mouth.
