I loved this experience! very luxury and the price was ok considering that is a five star hotel. we also got an upgrade because we had to wait a little bit longer to do the check in, which was great! the services and the way the hotel looks: impeccable! it's in the center, close to a lot of shops and restaurants, art exhibitions and sony center...in the heart of postdamer platz. loved it!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel, par contre le service de chambre n'est de loin pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles, lit mal fait, draps pas tendu, baignoire et lavabo pas nettoyé,un total manque de sérieux vu le prix de la chambre.

Sur postdamer platz plein centre berlin à deux pas de la porte de brandebourg. lobby vaste donnant sur le bar et le restaurant pour des breakfast sans limites terrasse de plein pied face au tiergarden grand parc au centre de la ville. tres grande chambre et vaste salle de bain.vue sur la place du 9eme étage.silence et climatisation. excellent accueil. prix tres favorable obtenu par hotelclick.

I went here for my birthday - not only did the doorman send something up to my room, he actually made me a birthday card. that's awesome. the staff is great, the room was fantastic - its the ritz. come on. i felt safe with my wife and would recommend this place to anyone. i always felt like i was "going home" while in berlin , and frankly, i would live there if i could afford it.

The hotel was amazing! the room is big and elegant. the pillows are soft and fun like heaven. the service is great. the food is great. the price is not very expensive considering....

If you want to stay in berlin for the experience don't stay here. its a bit sterile and location is very dull. suggest mitte is more interesting and closer to points of interest and great restaurants. watch out for the food and tea costs. most expensive in my life and berlin is generally good value. he pool is tiny. the photo is misleading.

Ein sehr exclusives hotel, mit kleinem spabereich, aber für einen kurzaufenthalt völlig ausreichend, zentral gelegen, top service, gute verkehrsanbindung allerdings hat man nicht bemerkt, dass mein mann geburtstag hatte und ihm eine kleine aufmerksamkeit zukommen ließ sonst war alles perfekt

Ein rundum gelungener aufenthalt, es war alles bestens, seitens des personals wurde auf jede kleinigkeit liebevoll geachtet, es herrschte eine angenehme atmosphäre, nicht der geringste anlaß zu kritik. hier ist der gast wirklich gast! perfektes preis/leistungsverhältnis. wir werden auf jeden fall wiederkommen.

When i saw the price on hotels click for this hotel i was worried it was too good to be true & called the hotel to see if they could match it, which they couldn't. so i booked with hotels click & was very happy i did - it was much cheaper than all other quotes i could get & i had no problems whatsoever. the hotel is lovely & has everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. the staff were all absolutely lovely, very friendly, helpful & professional. the location is perfect. the room was clean, the bed was super comfortable & was turned down every evening. the mints on the pillow uniquely had pictures of the staff on them doing funny things - like one with the chef holding asparagus over his head! there were pictures like this everywhere, which was a bit strange, but made me laugh. there was a nice (but small) pool, sauna, spa, gym. the gym provided free bottles of water at every machine & towels etc. my only small complaints were that there were not enough towels provided (just 2 large bath towels, no hand towels, no face cloths, no small towels for your hair etc) & the pool was too small.

Sehr gutes 5-sterne hotel. gut gelegen für stadtbesichtigung. sehr angenehme atmosphäre. excellenter service. einziger wermutstropfen: preis-leistungsverhältnis beim frühstück. für 38,- € hätten wir hier mehr erwartet.
