Ottima struttura, ho soggiornato presso l'hotel capannelle in occasione di un concerto rock in roma all'ippodromo delle capannelle. inoltre, ho usufruito di una camera doppia ad un prezzo realmente competitivo ed irrisorio. tra gli alberghi provati come appoggio per assistere ai concerti, questo è sicuramente il migliore, sia per qualità del servizio, sia, soprattutto, per la posizione: assolutamente nelle vicinanze.

Camere pulite moderne e confortevoli, ampi parcheggi,colazione varia e abbondante, receptionist veloci ed efficenti nel risolvere i problemi, servizio navetta con orari limitati,forse piu' adatti per clienti business, ma presente bus di linea per la metropolitana. in una delle due camere non c'era la possibilta' di aprire la finestra..pazienza ..si usa l'aria condizionata. nel complesso, siamo stai bene.

This is a lovely hotel, and we got a great price including breakfast for an overnight stay in rome. the hotel is very clean and the reception staff were very helpful and courteous. it is a bit out of the city, but with the shuttle bus service and the subway a short drive away if you have hired a car as we did, it is a great alternative to the huge prices in rome itself. the breakfast had something for everyone, the only downside...the coffee for an italian hotel was awful!

L'albergo è moderno, ben strutturato, belle camere,ben insonorizzate, sufficientemente spaziose e curate.personale gentile e disponibile.la posizione è comoda per turismo d'affari e per visitare la zona dei castelli, meno per visitare la città (anche se è disponibile un servizio navetta con orari abbastanza comodi).

Staff on reception were friendly but the bar staff weren't that pleasant. had dinner there one night which was very nice but we were there an hour before we got anything to eat and then the starters and the main course arrived at once. the hotel is about half an hour by taxi from central rome, cost us about €40 to get a taxi in one morning, which was pretty good. nice enough hotel, but just without any soul.

At this price and location near ciampino your hotel has a great advantage. taxi charged us for 37 euro which is very high for a relatively short distance. at our arrival your personal reception was excellent but the morning personell was not as efficient and polite. overall judgement is that we are very satisfied.
