The Diplomat Golf Resort & Spa is a Mediterranean style resort situated in Hallandale between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami, two miles from Gulfstream Park, nine miles from Port Everglades, fifteen miles from South Beach and close to Aventura Mall. The resort is a non-smoking property. Handicap accessible accommodations are available. Amenities include a restaurant, room service, cocktail lounge, meeting/banquet facilities, shopping arcade, gift shop, newsstand, beauty salon, currency exchange, concierge and dry cleaning/laundry service. Recreational facilities include a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, lighted tennis courts, 18-hole golf course, putting green, pro shop, health club and full service spa. For children there is a playroom. Water sport center, pool bar, seven restaurants, live entertainment on weekends, business center and supervised children's program are at Weston Diplomat Resort & Spa. Complimentary daily newspaper and shuttle service to Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa are provided. Valet parking is approximately $24 plus tax per day.
