The hotel is located five minutes walk from Paddington mainline and underground stations in a quiet area in the heart of Bayswater, Just a short walk from Paddington and the Heathrow Express.
Lobby
The lobby is very small but welcoming, also featuring an "information point", where clients can obtain information and directions as well as theatre tickets/excurtions etc.
Exterior
The hotel is a traditional white building on a street corner, and the entrance is flanked by columns.
Rooms
The rooms are very small on average but are clean and comfortable. Some feature high ceilings, all of them have secure lockers. Each level is colour coded from bright blue to pink or yellow. Some of them do not have private facilities, so guests must share bathrooms on each floor, these have been recently refurbished. The ensuite bathrooms in the other rooms are in fair condition.
Restaurant
The main restaurant is located on the ground floor, and has recently been refurbished featuring wooden floring and internet points. "Hiccup!" bar is located on the lower ground floor, a great place to meet, play and party.
