It is a traditional property, built in 1628 with more modern extentions added over the years.

Restaurant
Hawtrey's restaurant is an ideal venue to relax and enjoy Modern French cuisine by award winning chef David Escobar. David was trained at the 3 Michelin Star rated Lameloise Restaurant and was previously head chef of the 1 Michelin Star rated Val d'Or Restaurant in Burgundy, France. Hawtrey's has been fashioned after a Jacobean Baronial Hall featuring rich mahogany panelling adorned with fine oil paintings, oak hammer beams supporting an intricate coffered ceiling, rich carpets and furnishings, fine bone china and silver cutlery set the tone.
