Works on floors 3 to 7 are currently taking place, the 8th – 11th floors have already been completed. The 2nd floor will also be converted from conference rooms into bedrooms. Reception is undergoing works as are the conference rooms on the 1st floor. Works are almost complete on the outside of the building and the new restaurant and bar have been completed and open for use.
