The hotel is located in the outskerts of the city of Seville, 15 minutes drive to the center of the city. It is located in a new area, both residential but close to one of the largest shopping centers.

The building is very modern, only some floors high. IT is painted in white and blue colours.
Rooms
The rooms are large, completelly new, excellent standard, lots of wood, dark wood furniture and covers in cream and brown colours. Warm and comfortable style. There is a side seatee area with an eating talbe and you can have a covered kitchenette in the room
Restaurant
There is restaurant and cafeteria.The cuisine is local and international.
