The Monte Triana is a modern hotel with a neoclassical facade. The lobby area is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating (cream colored sofas with floral patterns and small glass top coffee tables). The main hall features marble floors (black and white, like a chess board) and white coloured walls, which in combination with the big arched windows and the French doors allow in plenty of light and give the reception a cozy yet spacious feel. To the right side of the entrance is the reception desk and three phone booths and to the left there's a small intimate bar as well as the breakfast room / restaurant. The three arched doors lead to the patio, which is open during the summer months. The Hotel is ideal both for tourists and business travelers.

Location

The Monte Triana Hotel is located in the popular quarter of Triana, the Flamenco district, to the right of the River Guadalquivir. The Hotel is approximately 10 to 15 minutes' walk from the historic city centre, the Cathedral, the Giralda and the Commercial city centre. The surrounding area is residential, thus it is a peaceful hotel. In front of the hotel there's a small quiet square. The San Pablo International airport is 10 minutes' drive from the hotel, and you will find numerous traditional tapa bars within 3 minutes' walk from the hotel. The area is quite popular on Sundays with open air markets.

The hotel houses 116 guestrooms over 4 floors. The hotel has 5 double rooms, 4 triple rooms, 4 single rooms and the remaining ones are twin bedded. For families there's 2 interconnecting rooms in each floor. There are also smoking and non-smoking rooms, subject to availability. The decoration of the rooms is tasteful, featuring dark wood parquet floors, light yellow and white colored walls and good sized bathrooms. The curtains and bed covers are white and light red in color. The bathrooms are tiled and marble, spacious with bathtub/shower.
