The hotel has decorated stone walls, vaulted ceilings, and tiled floors. An interesting feature of the hotel is the prehistoric sculptures and pieces of art on the walls. This is a superior tourist hotel and is traditional in style. The Hotel doesn't accept the dog.

This hotel is located in the heart of Barcelona and the Gothic area. It is just beside the Town Hall and close to the Generalitat Palace, Cathedral, Picasso Museum, Ramblas, Termino Station, and nautic port.
Lobby
The lobby is medium in size, decorated in white with gold detail and has a traditional look.
Exterior
The hotel has a traditional facade. The entrance door is framed by two green metal columns, and the upper floors are characterised by forged iron balconies.
Rooms
The rooms are spacious, well decorated, and traditional in style. They have wooden floors, plain walls, matching bed-covers and curtains and bathrooms with all facilities. They would benefit from a little renovation, compared to other hotels in Barcelona. The renovation will be from floor by floor but only certain rooms will be affected not the whole floor.** *Finishing estimated date in May 2008 but this is the date that they expect to finish but generally these things take a little longer. The hotel will stay open during the process.** *There will be rooms on the same floor as renovation proceeds but as hotel Rialto are several buildings some rooms may not even be affected at all being far away from the renovation but we expect that some rooms will indeed hear the process. The hotel is taking steps to make little effecet for the rest of the guests but not easy to do.* *The work will take place:* *Monday to Friday* *08.00 13.00 + 15.00 18.00* *They will try to do their best to keep any disturbing noise until later in the morning but maybe on some days this may not be possible.*
