Family Rooms – Elevator – Heating. There are a total of 20 apartments in 2 different buildings. One building is situated on Pescateria and the other is situated on Passeig del Born (Rec, 38).

All the apartments, of two very wide atmospheres, are completely external with 3 or 4 balconies each one. All the kitchens are equipped with a sink, refrigerator, fume extractor. They are located in the area of the dining room for further comfort when preparing meals.
