Location

The Novotel Amsterdam City is a 4 star hotel near the Amsterdam RAI events centre and the WTC. RAI station,within walking distance of the hotel, offers frequent connections to the city centre and Schiphol Airport. From the various business quarters to the many attractions, including the Arena stadium, all are easily reached by public transport.

Lobby

The hotel arranges of a large lobby which consists of a long reception desk with flagstone floors and ceilings covered in wood. There is a spacious seating area with palm treesin pots and a shop located off the lobby. This area has recently been refurbished. In the lobby you will find a lovely play room for children. Children can use the 'Playstation 2' and construction blocks. In the meantime you can visit several boutiques and stay in a television lounge. For business customers,the hotel offers seven comfortable conference rooms. These meeting rooms are available for events, with a maximum capacity of 210 persons.

Exterior

The hotel is an imponent building in modern style with original design. This building, recently renowed,arranges of a garage for 200 seats. Our superior room mixes modern decor, ergonomic comfort and highend facilities.The rooms are suitable for today’s business guest; they have a special “movable desk”, a separate table for laptop and it is possible to get access to the Wireless Internet (WiFi).Like all the Novotel Hotels, rooms are modern and well-appointed, matched by prompt, friendly service. All rooms are provided of air conditioning, minibar, strongbox of safety,a private bath with shower and inclusive hairdryer, satellite tv, radio, direct line telephone. Nonsmokers rooms and structures for disabled are also available on request.

Restaurant

The hotel has à la carte restaurant, Côté Jardin, and the coffee corner, Le Café, open daily from 06:00 to midnight for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Here you can enjoy the convenience of our Food Plaza concept. The chef prepares a wide selection of international dishes as well as something special for the critical wishes of children. Both locations are air conditioned and have a non-smoking section. Room service is also an option between 06:00 and midnight. Breakfast can be brought to your room until noon. Guests may choose hot and cold dishes from the restaurant menu. Styled as a true English pub, the hotel bar is open from 17:00 until 01:00. Next to the bar is our cosy lounge; a comfortable and informal location suitable for an intimate reception, a drink or an exclusive (business) dinner.To end the day in style you can visit hotel bar 'The Pub', which is decorated to the model of an English Pub.
