General

A modern, luxurious floating hotel offring 175 rooms comfortable rooms with canal or land view, breakfast restaurant and bar. On site: pool tabel, pinball machine, pool table, jukebox. Internet connection available in public area. Public parking in close vicinity. You can reach us from the back (north side) of Amsterdam central station. Over there you can take a free of charge ferry that will take you in approximately 10 minutes to the Amstel Botel. At night and early morning, when the ferry is not running, we have our own free of charge shuttle bus, clearly marked, opposite the NDSM ferry that will take you to and from the Amstel Botel. Monday to Thursday: from 07.00 a.m. to 00.00 a.m. Friday: from 07.00 a.m. to 01.00 a.m. Saturday: from 09.30 a.m. to 01.00 a.m. Sunday: from 09.30 a.m. to 00.00 a.m. We're proud to announce our move to Amsterdam's latest artistic and cultural hotspot as from January 21st 2008! Our new home will be the former NDSM-shipyard in Amsterdam North, at the NDSM-Pier 3. This colourful and vital dockside area now houses workshops and artists' studios, hip cafes and restaurants, exhibitions and performances. Among others the media wharf houses MTV, Robodock, and the IJ-festival.

Rooms

Due to its convenient position, the Amstel Botel offers rooms with a splendid view of the river IJ. The 175 rooms can be reserved either with or without river view and are all equipped with a bathroom with shower and toilet, radio, television with in-house video (and satellite tv) safe and telephone.

Restaurant

The extensive English/Continental breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:30 h. The breakfast room offers a great view of the river IJ. The Amstel Botel has a cosy bar with jukebox, pinball machine, pool table, television and a public computer with Internet.
