This is an excellent new property, charming and intimate. There are not many rooms at this hotel and this is a benefit to those guests that demand a high quality of service and constant attentions by a professional and friendly staff. The rooms look superb.

Hotel is ubicated in a quiet area off the more lively Via Garibaldi full with the everyday life of the venetians, with its traditional shops and colourful markets. The hotel is approximately 15 minutes walking distance, and 2 stops by boat line number 1, from San Mark's square . The boat stop is called Arsenale and it is close to the Naval museum of Venice. Through a nice walk along the Gardens of Venice (Giardini), off in Via Garibaldi, towards San Francesco da Paola Church, through the little street that recall the name of the church, there is the Corte Contarina

The lobby is medium in size, elegantly furnished. There are 2 leather sofas with a coffe table and mirrors on the walls. Plants and flowers contribute to enrich the atmosphere

They vary in size from small to large and are eqipped with all the modern tecnology and comforts, The marble bathrooms are small but well designed and most of them propose either hydromassage shower or bath tub.
