From the train station or Piazzale Roma, the closest pubblic boat stop is Rialto, approximately 5 minutes walk, and from the Marco Polo airport the nearest pubblic boat stop is San Zaccaria, approximately 8 minutes walk. There is also a private pier for water taxi

The lobby is small but well designed, there is only a concierge desk, while check in/out is made at the sister hotel Tulip Inn Scandinavia, which is only 100 metres away, on the other side of Campo Santa Maria Formosa. A porter will escort clients to the hotel

The hotel is ubicated in a 18th century palace, recently totally renovated and brought back to its former glory.
Rooms
The rooms are elegantly decorated in traditional 18th century Venetian style.They are medium in size, bright and luminous, equipped with all the modern comforts. The walls are covered with precious fabrics and there is a soft carpet on the floors. They are in exceptional condition along with the stylish marbled bathrooms. Most of the rooms present a romantic canal view.
