L'hotel is located in the heart of the historical center. It is on Via della Scala, historical road of access to the town for the vagrants from the tuscan country. It is a few steps from the railway station Santa Maria Novella and from Fortezza da Basso, the main fair and congress centre of Florence. Thanks to its central position, the clients can visit on foot all the city center, Duomo Square, Signoria Square, Ponte Vecchio, Pitti Square, Santa Croce and the historical monumental areas on the slopes of the hills that overhang the town.

Exterior
The hotel is on a palace realized on the end of the XIX century, built on the ruins of an old fourteenth-century monastery. It has been entirely and recently renovated.
