Hidden fees

Although this is a nice hotel, be aware of hidden hotel fees when booking through a third party. after paying in full prior to our stay, we had to pay an additional hotel fee upon check in. being that the manager could not locate anything in writing that stated such in our reservation, i would've appreciated this fee being waived or at least a courteous response. this will not the case. other than that our stay was good. koi had great food and service.
