Easy to find, great location as in town & within walking distance of all facilities & attractions. Free car park. All the staff were very attentive, restaurant served tasty food. My room was quiet. On the negative side there is no lift. My room which was a single was adequate although quite small with a large bathroom. The room however was unclean, very dusty, hair in sink & bath. Reception came to see the room, said that the housekeeping services had been contracted out. They arranged for the cleaner to come back & the room was cleaned to my satisfaction. The corridors & stair could also have done with a good clean & all the brass fingerplates needed a polish. I would go back to stay here & hope that they sort out the housekeeping.
